Established in 1984, Equity Plumbing + Heating Ltd. has grown to become the largest mechanical contractor serving Northern BC and beyond. Experienced trades professionals are the backbone of the company, supported by modern management processes with a focus on customer service. At every step in the process, from estimation to onsite delivery, our seasoned team members apply their depth and breadth of skills to ensure each project’s quality, accuracy, and safe execution. Whether a design-build or fixed price contract approach is taken, we strive to bring additional value to your project through innovation and the highest quality of workmanship.

Equity Plumbing + Heating Ltd. has the experience and creative thinking to deliver on even the most complicated of projects. The core of our business is plumbing and HVAC projects, but we also specialize in the design and installation of fire protection systems, in-house controls and the supporting electrical work. Brad Popoff President

Brad has a long history of working in the construction industry. Skilled in budgeting, plumbing, HVAC, value engineering, and contracts, he oversees pre-construction budgeting, scheduling, coordination and constructibility guidance. Brad’s continued Industry involvement and participation keeps him current on provincial and northern regional labour and government issues. He has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) focused in Construction Management from BCIT.

Monica Willmann Finance and Administration Manager

Monica has a background in office management working for the Royal Bank for over 24 years. After leaving the Royal Bank Monica kept up her computer knowledge by obtaining her MOUS Certificate and completing several different accounting programs in order to further her career.

Monica joined Equity Plumbing + Heating Ltd. in January 2006 as the Finance/Office Manager responsible for the day to day operations of Equity. She is particular about her work ethics and dedicated to make sure things smoothly in the Accounting Department.

When she’s not a work, you can find her spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter, Abigayle, watching MMA fighting and soccer.
