BC Cancer Centre for the North

New Cancer Centre in Prince George.

This is a P3 Project to construct a 45,000sq.ft Cancer treatment facility that is designed to achieve LEED Gold Certification. The new Centre will provide residences of Northern BC with increased access to cancer treatment and diagnostic services.

UNBC Sport Centre

Sport Centre at the University of Northern BC.

Design Build assist of a 145,000sq.ft state of the art sports facility. The Project included 3 basketball courts, 2 indoor soccer fields, fitness room, dance studio, weight room and 3 squash courts.

UNBC Student Centre

University of Northern BC Student Centre.

Conversion of 20,000sq.ft existing fitness space into a new student centre. The Centre consists of a board room, Radio station and pub with commercial kitchen.

Clean Energy Building

Northern Lights College Clean Energy Building.

Energy Building is an 8,600sq.ft multi-use facility that combines classrooms and training facilities with demonstrations of energy saving and renewable-energy technology and a community meeting hall. The Building houses a new 1.5Million BTU Bio Energy Boiler. This Project is designed to achieve LEED Platinum Certification.
